First let say I looked in the search before posting this. Of the F-Class shooters out there what are you using for a front rest. I know I will be shooting off the ground so what should I be looking for? If you could post pics of you rigs would be nice.

Thanks

I know the mill work needed to make some of these so I have no issue spending up to $1500.00. I see lots of US made units, but not much of anthing here in Canada??? Don't even see places that sell them , looks like another US deal?

SEB NEO
Farley
Sinclair

Are high end combo F Class /Bench Rest

Mystic
Rempel

Are good F Class bipods that attach.

There is another one....real sweet looking with carbon fiber legs.

NEO is a year wait thru the US distributor, I'm on the list now, cost nothing to get on the list until yours shows up. I've heard Farley is similar. Sinclair never seems to have them in stock.

Sinclair has stock now, but I was thinking Farley and there is a wait time. The Viper others spoke of also looks like a solid unit, going to get and ETA on one. Was looking to get something soon to get out on a few match dates.

Can't find anything on the JJ Industries, looks like they may be out of business. Sinclairs has it was discontinued on there web site. Look like Viper will be the choice with all the upgrades.

look up range sports unlimited in kamloops bc. fellow is paul reibin and he only uses a phone (i wish I had followed his advice) . he sells henry rempel's fine bipods as well as the weil carbon fiber ones. just remember that bipods add to over all weight but a br stryle front rest does not.

most of the top fclass open shooters use a br rest. the fclass tr guys shoot with only bipods and lighter guns.

If on a tighter budget, I competed with a Caldwell Rock BR with extended legs. Surprisingly solid and way less money.

The windage top is a joke as are the included bag. I bolted the adj windage to the top mount, added a protektor bag and competed with it while I was in F Open.

Did well enough to put some plaques on the wall.

Caldwell now also offers a joystick rest. No idea how well they work as I am now in F TR. I have sold a few and so far, no screams of horror so consider them functional.

To the same quality as a SEB? Not in your life but these Caldwell rests get the job done and for alot less money.

Hello All

Bob is not taking any new orders now till after the nationals in Aug. Send him an E-mail, let him know what you are looking for. I can tell you know from my experience, the product is well worth the wait. I made the trip down this weekend to pick-up my rest, and learned many things while there. Let him know you are willing to wait, and what you are looking for. Tell him you say mine on CNG, sky is the limit for colour as he does it all in house. I had mine in 5 weeks start to finish, remember this is all hand made, not made in china. I can't tell you how smooth this thing moves for adjustment. Here are a few photo's with my rifle I took today.
