Fabarm Help

Hi,

I'm very tempted to get myself a Fabarm Martial Composite 14". Perhaps some Fab owner can help me with a little info that I can't seem to find anywhere.
Is the receiver aluminium or steel?
If I put a pistol grip (not proforces stock, just a pistol grip) on a 14" Fab will it still meet the minimum 26" overall length regulation?
This is the configuration that I'd like to have so if it's verboden I,d like to know before I buy it. ;)
Any help is appreciated..

Aluminum
Pistol grip only = prohib
 
I already have a Defender w/18" bbl and synthetic furniture. I wanted the Fab for it's uber-compactness with a 14"bbl and pistol grip, and getting a Fab with a full stock is only about 4" shorter than the Winnie.

Knoxx is already working on making stocks for the Fabarm line. I am hoping taht their "Breacher" grip installed will be long enough to keep the shotgun non-restricted.
