Fabarm Martial with Surefire G2 / TDI Mount

I should mention that I use some black shrink tubing to marry the two batteries as one unit. It tightens up the fit in the flashlight body and maybe prolongs bulb life??

Regards.

Actually that MAY work....as long as the UNIT of batteries doesnt have to much opportunity to move forwards and backwards...thats what whacks the bottom of the bulbs....what size tubing did you use and what did you use to heat it?

Boltgun

I have no choice but to use 3/4" shrink tubing. It's a bit big for the batteries, but I preheat and shrink the tubing just enough to slide over the batteries and very carefully and slowly finish off heating the tubing with a heat gun.
Barely makes it tight, but it does work.

I don't think the exact size tubing needed for the diameter of the 123A batteries is available.

Regards.
