Fabarm Sat 8 Feeding Issue - Help?

I just picked up a Fabarm Sat 8 semi-auto 12ga and am having feeding issues. I'm using full power loads and the spent rounds are ejecting fine but the shell stop is preventing the next round from loading out of the mag tube. This one's got me stumped. My gut tells me this is going to be one of those "gee I feel stupid now" questions but I'm throwing it out there anyways.

Sometimes the shell stops get bent and don't move enough to allow feeding of the next round.
