Western gun parts in edmonton, they aren't cheap though. Might be better of hitting the ee.

Just order them from Brownell's. Even with the exchange rate and shipping it's still cheaper than buying it in Canada.

Try Snap Shots inc. in STE-MARTINE QUE. I got their number from Ruger USA. I ordered some 10/22 parts and got them in 4 days.Their card says they are the Canadian Service Center,Parts and Accessories Distributor for Ruger Firearms.Their number is (450)427-0052

What ever you do, don't send your Ruger to Snap-Shots for warranty repair. They butchered my 10-22TD.
