Has anyone found a way to spruce up a factory synthetic 10/22 stock? I'm on a limited budget as I've purchased wayyy too many guns the last few months. So what Im trying to do now is work with the guns I've got and do some budget projects.
My beef with the factory stock is it's cheap feeling and looking. Chechering is a little rough as well. It's almost got an "unfinished" feel to it. Has anyone tried "flitz", or a plastic headlight polishing kit on one of these stocks? I was thinking maybe that would smooth it out a little and polish it up. Anyone reccomend a good paint/coating? Let me know what you guys have found. Thanks
