Factory Trap Loads

Can anybody give some ideas for a source of 12 gauge 1 1/8 ounce 3 dram #8 target loads.

This is for non formal club trap league.

I shot a flat of Federal Top Guns and they just crush targets. This is out of an 11-87 with full choke and a Jack West Trap stock with adjustable comb.

Recoil was not a factor in the 11-87 but those loads wear on me out of a BT99.

Top Guns are $10.74 a box with tax. There must be better ammo out there.

It may be helpful to state where you are or what region you would like to purchase the ammo in.

Northwestern Ontario. The region would be between Thunder Bay to the East and Winnipeg Manitoba to the West.

If you are looking Winnipeg, look at Score ammo.
Excellent product.
Maybe a little more $ than Challenger, but worth it IMHO.

FYI...Remington Gun Clubs in 7 1/2 or 8's in a 3 dram work great !! Sporting Clays, 5 Stand...Trap and Skeet as well. No pierced primers...great reloadable hulls ta boot.
For a price point...The Gun Dealer in NB sells them for 64.99 a flat before taxes....perhaps you can find some closer with comparable pricing.

Cabela's regularly has sales at 7.50 a box, occasionally at $7.
Any promo load of #8 will smoke targets from 16 yards if you are on them.
