These are "suggested" list prices, you can probably do better, but maybe not much - there isn't much "profit" built into Tikka prices, so not a lot of room to move.
These were the prices when the (new) 2015 catalog came out. The dollar has got the snot knocked out of it since then so expect prices to go up "significantly".
We (where I work) have been advised to expect a 25% price increase when we go to replace/order new stock going forward. Many shops have locked in with pre-orders, but if you are looking for "NEW" don't wait or waffle too much. If someone has what you want in stock, grab it up or be prepared to pay a lot more if you plan on waiting a few months.
In the CZ line, I looked up three models/variants - the CZ557 Sporter on the lower end listing at 1300'ish, ZKM-550 in the middle and CZ557 with select Walnut at the top end a little over $1500 (but those SUGGESTED prices seem "somewhat inflated" - I would expect the lower end CZ that I listed to sell somewhere in the low $1100 range - so not exactly a "budget" rifle.
I don't have access to my Howa pricing, but do remember the Hunter American package (walnut/scoped) selling for a little over a grand (just below the pricing for the CZ's).
Only other listing I can currently find (from the major mfg's) is for the Winchester 1885 Low Wall with a MSRP just on $1400.
If it doesn't have to be a "Sweede", the 6.5 Creed and 260 Rem is available in a few other offerings at prices somewhat below the ones I have put up here...
