Fair price for an S&W 19 with Hogue grips?

Friend's thinking of selling an S&W model 19, with Hogues, and the box. I haven't seen it, but it's said to be absolutely excellent.

What does the community think would be a fair price?

Between $400 and $600. Paid $500 for my 19-3 in V-Good condition. Came with a leather shoulder holster, Hogue grips, the original grips and a leather double speed loader case c/w speed loaders.

If it's in good condition and in the $500 or less range, grab it. You won't regret it.

I love mine.

"Friend" price would be $500-$550 if it's excellent condition S&W Model 19 wih 6" barrel.

Funny, if it was a 4" 12(6) prohib it would likely be $350-$400'ish....
