Fake magpul sights

A buddy of mine gave me 2 sets of fake magpul plastic sights.
He had no use for them
There is no cut to open up the bases on them
Is there any mod I can do to them to use them?ie cutting the plastic

I wouldn't bother cutting the plastic. You will likely ruin them. Could you not just pull out the mounting screw and slide them on, then reinstall the screw? If that doesn't work, just sell them on the EE

To mount those you do remove the screw completely then slide them on and reinstall the screw.
