FAKE Stamps-Soviet, Finn SA, German, Italian, US, British, /|\ , Garand, 1911

I've got a Tula M-4, in 7.62x39, that was captured and re-issued to the SS, subsequently recaptured by the Soviets and then captured by the Finns and re barrelled and SA marked by Tikka, along with a certificate of authenticity, signed by Otto Kuusinen, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Karelo-Finnish Soviet Socialist Republic, himself.

Asking price, only $1 million. Buyer pays shipping.

what a cheapskate, buying paying shipping. Do you cover the insurance?

Actually I wouldn't mind putting on a few waffenampts on my RC BYF42. Why not? It's already peened. However at that price 50 Euros plus shipping...Yikes. Now if anybody offers to buy one he can rent them out to fellow CGN'ers. I'm sure let's say $10.00 rental for a few days would be enough. Just a thought.

I think this would just make it even easier for the fakers to get a hold of them on a budget.

Awareness is good, but I don't think we need to promote fake stamps.

I would leave your RC just the way it is. It will just look tacky with the fake stamps applied and probably worth less money too.

Cheers,

A few years ago we saw CGN Member Agentcq's SVT40's with Fake Nazi WaA Eagles stamped on it right from the USSR or Ukraine.

Just saying again Buyer Beware with every purchase as the Fakers will be humping Rifles, Pistols, Leather to screw you the Buyer out of $$$.

Know what to look for...

LOL I see alot of SS marked Remington 700s in the near future as well. 50 Euros is a bit steep, but should pay off quickly.

50 Euros is about $60. With the prices on the EE, you could easily double your investment with one "upgrade." E-Bay is already selling Swedish stock disks so I can see these appearing soon.

It comes down to the fact that you had better know what you are buying and research that "scarce" rifle or piece of equipment before you part with the cash. Too bad that it will now be easier for those people who "improve" their common firearms.

Luckily no Brit or Yank hallmarks on their site, yet.

There are other websites that already sell those stamps.

There was a guy on here a while back warning us saying there was a guy in Eastern Canada that had all the Canadian /|\ stamps and was humping away and selling his creations as originals. I hope he reads this and tells us more.
