Two of my favorite pistols, the Makarov PM and the CZ 82 have barrels too short to legally own. I would gladly plop down the $$$ to get one with an extended barrel but really dislike the look over look of the real barrel length.
A fake suppressor would fix this situation in a jiffy (I'd re-barrel and the suppressor would hopefully make it look more... intentional.)
Are they legal to buy, and if so where could I acquire one?

(A search turned up nothing, but a search of '9mm' didn't turn up anything either so I think my search engines screwed, so apologies in advance if I'm wasting anyones time)
