Falcon 4.5-18x56 ML18 from Frontier Firearms

Question to Falcon owners: I’ve just got one from Frontier Firearms. It came with no owner's manual, or any technical data or warranty papers. It is just the scope in a generic case. Is it how they all are coming? It is kind of weird.
