Depends what you want to do with the rifle. For tactical shooting or field use: Falcon in mil/mil FFP. Once you learn how to use the reticle in conjunction with the turrets, its a far simpler system. When making a correction, you don't need to think about how big your clicks are at whatever distance, you just measure with the reticle and dial in directly. BIG, BIG advantage when shooting at unknown/uncertain distances, at targets you don't have precise dimensions of. You are also always free to use the mil marks on your reticle for offsets and hold overs since they are always true and you already have your dope in mils.
For shooting known sized targets at known distances, the finer reticle on the Millet may give you an advantage. I've never found that it does on circular target since you can always just use the next larger ring as your aiming reference.
