FAMAE SG540-1M Furniture

Hey guys/gals,

I have a SG540-1M, I was wondering if anyone know how to get the older style furniture for these rifles or if its even available? I love the look of the older rifles and would love to find the old furniture in green.

Best bet is to make an ee wtb ad looking for one, someone might have one in the parts bin.
Likely will cost a good penny though

I don't think the classic furniture will fit on the new 1M series?

Stock wise, I think it should swap fine, but you might need a shorter bolt.
I say that based only off the stock adapters I had would fit both, not actual experience trying it.

It was checked a while back, only the pistol grip fits perfectly. The handguards do not.
