Impossible. Stamped metal rifles need way too many dedicated dies and fixtures to make, and human or robotic wielding - not very agile from the manufacturer stand point and all the investment is tied up to that particular setup. I would rather have a few CNC millings stations to make aluminum guns and the machines can make something else or sold off when not needed.
Even if FAMAE gave away all the fixtures and dies, which they won't, it has no market outside of Canada. The entire EU can get Swiss arms, why would they buy FAMAE? Unless an American company picks it and decides to make collectibles.
