I am totally amazed by the service I received from Blueline Solutions Inc.
I developed an issue with the slide stop on my GSG 1911 - 22 LR, I emailed Blueline as they are the Canadian warranty dealer/importer(not sure on the import) I didn't hear from them for a week I was just going to contact them again when I received an email from them. Apparently my email program sent multiple copies (a dozen or so to them so their email server flagged it as junk) They suspected that my slide had gone out of specification somehow. They offered to replace the slide, I could send my pistol into them or they could send me the parts.
I was/am pretty confident I could put everything in the slide correctly so send it. If I had an issue I'd return the parts and pistol to them to put together.
A week later I receive in the mail a slide. Complete with bolt. Rear sight and a high front sight.
No problem. take it down, put the barrel, recoil spring guide rod, recoil spring, recoil spring lug, barrel bushing and done.
Take to the range fire six magazines of total mixed ammunition from CCI mini-mags, CCI standard, Winchester bulk, federal bulk round nose, Federal 38 grain hollowpoint, Fed 36 hollow point, Federal Target, Winchester bulk, remington golden bullets and Thunderheads and some Eley Match Pistol for good measure.
Not one failure to fire, not one failure to eject, not a hiccup at all. Better than good. Better than I ever got from the GSG previously and the slide stop works flawlessly with every magazine.
Blueline has made a believer out of me, if they have what I want I'll buy from them even if the cost is a bit more. Service that I got was amazing and that is worth more than you can imagine.
