I Ordered up some 18650 batteries for an old Fenix flashlight I have, well the light was so old they wouldn't fit in the tube...my issue, not theirs but Matt fixed me right up by sending out a new tube that showed up quick, fixed my problem and all at no charge.
That's awesome!
Great flashlights and now no more cr123 woes.
