After placing an order and getting a smoking deal on a weapon AND ammo, I was able to send a simple email because I forgot to add a few things to my order. It was taken care of no issues and saved me shipping on the items. Also, as soon as the transfer was approved my items were shipped and I got all of it in under 3 days of approval date!!

Not all companies are created equal smart ass, there's a lot more places out there that give you no info, won't change/add to the order to save the consumer money, CFC info or re-direct shipping emails to keep you in the loop.

Maybe you've always been lucky with that but I haven't been, so I'm giving credit where credit is due
