FAS AP 604 and Webley tempest value

I've seen Tempests sell for damn-near as much as they sold for NEW years ago. Anyhow, I've seen asking prices on beat-up ones as high as $150, on minty ones with original packaging, asking prices near $200 +/-.

I don't patrol airgun shows, but I'm sure others here do. Maybe someone else will chime-in. If the Tempest is in excellent+condition, a buyer will come along who will pay a very fair price for it. Don't plan on ever selling mine.

They are. My Tempest is about 30 years old, and perhaps 30,000 shots through it, bought it new, and it's STILL looks, feels, and shoots as if brand new. And I have no interest in selling it. Great for training, or keeping your basic handgun skills sharp.

Blue book values the 604 Match at around $600 in 90% condition; $500 in 80% condition.

While some of the values published in the Blue Book are a bit optimistic compared to "real world" prices recognized, it will give you a ballpark figure to work from.

Thank you so much!
I was wondering if they held thier value.
