Is it possible to buy 180 winchesters in .357, take the bullets off, then put in over 14g of H110 to make it go faster?

Once you take them apart, you have components, which is what everyone uses to handload. And, while 14 grains of H110 is within some loading data from some sources, I hope you are not implying that you are going to add to the existing powder.

Dump the existing and start fresh. Better yet, if you have the tools for reloading, why not shoot the factory stuff and reload the empties?

you'll need a bullet puller and press and dies to seet the bullet anyways

so just shoot the factory and load to what ever you want.
