Does anyone heard of this? I saw one comment on a blog. What kind of problem? I just bought one and didn't try it yet but what I should be aware of?

I have talked to several gunsmiths about the barrels that Remington uses and there QC is not very consistent was stated to me that there have been cases where the barrel's have been machined off center[Bore not center on barrel], barrels have a slight bend in them[due to the process rolling the stamp on the barrel]and that the barrel manufacturing process in general [internal machining]. It is a problem that happens to all manufacturers not just Remington. If it does not shoot well take it back that what warranties are for.

Shoot it. If you get decent groups, you have no worry, if you can't hit a 4x8 sheet of plywood at 100 yards there may be an issue.
Remington considers 1.5 moa at 100 yards to be well within acceptable accuracy standards.
I have sold many of these rifles and to date all shot well for factory rifles.
