favorite .30-06 moose loads

Are you kidding me??? Where the he!! have you been? This thread was 3 yrs dead and you revive it to answer buddy's question and let everybody know how great your load shoots. Masterful. Maybe he's not even using 780 anymore, or never did because of the answers he got then.
 
WOW! I started this thread in 2010! I clicked on it today and didn't realize that i was the OP!!! Since then I bought a new M70 30-06 supergrade and and have acquired my own press and lots of power and bullets, etc for various rifles and cartridges. I am currently selling the BAR on EE(please don't buy it my wife is making me sell it....) to fund two Sako's I just bought. Anyway, my M70 shot factory Winchester Silver ballistic tips very well (under an inch) and am planning on trying some RL22 with my 180 partitions. My M70 didn't like H4350 with the 180's. Never did load for my BAR as I didn't take hunting cause it's too nice. If the RL22 doesn't work work with the partitions then I will try IMR4350. Its funny, My 222 didn't shoot well with H4198 but shot amazing with IMR4198 with the same bluets. Cheers to reloading and this site!
