My favorite recipe is:
147gr Frontier TC or RN
3.6gr of Alliant Unique powder
Winschester or Remington primers.
This gives a softer feel to it, less muzzle flip and felt recoil. This chrono's in @ 128-132 power factor. Winchester 231 (3.6gr) gives the same results. (comparable volumetric density and burn rate).
With 3.6grs for a load, you can get 1900+ reloads from one pound of powder.
