Gonna try and make snack sticks for the first time... I was gonna just use on of those Hi Mountain kits but everything says the cure is way too salty, and then they recommend using Morton's Tender Quick which I can't find anywhere (locally anyway). Anybody have favorite recipes/kits? Would be smoking them on the pellet grill, and for my first time I don't need any complicated recipes.
