What’s your favorite recipe from this section? Working nights, reading the recipes, and I am now really hungry... thank you :p

Personally, I haven’t tried any of these but when I get home I am cooking this

Soak a fresh calf liver in brine water (lots of salt in water) to drain out the blood for 2 days. Take the lover out of the brine, dry it off, slice it in half inch slabs and dust it good with flower. Heat up a nice skillet and start frying onions and bacon. When the stuff in the pan is sizzling and greasy, add the slabs of liver. eat when they are cooked. FAUK!!!!!!!!! I am hungry for liver now.........

10. Fresh Picked Mussels, steamed in Sea Water and Seaweed
11. Baked Goose
