IF you could only pick one non-magnified dot type sight, what would it be?

Aimpoint?
Eotech?
Docter optic?
Trijicon tripower?
J-point?

Something else??
I would do a poll but I don`t know how

So I guess both of you guys have used the Docter optic? What didn`t you like about it? Size? clarity? Dot?

My choice would be be the Aimpoint hands down. I have both he Comp ML and the EoTech, I love them both, but the Aimpoint is better for me overall. One of the guys here is selling copies of the ML, for the moeny, they are very good aswell.

We are seeing a pile of Eotechs come in on warranty...never any Aimpoints, sorry dude, the eotech is a nice sight when it works but it is no Nail Hammering tough...I believe Rooster33 is a recent Eotech brokedown Commando. They do fix or replace them with no questions but that's not good enough for a optic. Ofcourse YMMV. Anyone selling a NIB Eotech is not getting rid of it just "because" it's because it has just come back from warranty.

I find the added outer ring aids in quick shooting at centre mass/ target. Some people lose the dot if they are moving a lot or are shooting around obstacles /corners. The outer circle is a reference, and the inner dot of the Eotech/bushnell is for precision.

...oddly enough, I have an older Eotech Rev.(?) with the flat switches that just keep ticking along, it has been the Rev.F units that seem to keep coming back...something to do with the battery contacts/connects??? someone must know what the issue is...

Awwww the fabulous world of optics, I guess you can never have enough cool glass.

I want something small for my shorty and was leaning toward a EOtech but all the bad reviews of turning off and being badly canted and such makes Aimpoint sound better all the time, that Dr optic looks good but without seeing one first hand I can`t splurge on it.
