I'm French and looking for a place to sell two old french shotguns that belongs to my family and comes from the grand father of my grand father (end of 1800 and beginning of 1900, side by side, "Lefaucheux" system, fixed barrel for the older).
I'm located in France. I try to sell these shotguns outside of France because of low interest here for these gun.
It's not a problem for me to export these shotguns i just have to ask a visa to french ministry office.
I don't know for the moment if it can be a problem to let these item go in Canada or USA, perhaps another accreditation has to be request for that.
I wish to use for the transaction a mandatory person in France which is assermented by french government, so if people here are interested they can call the canada ambassade in paris and ask them to check if these mandatory person has the right function to do that.
So i will give him the shotguns and he will assume the transaction for me and can give garanties to the buyer of the authenticity of pictures and more...
I sell these shotguns to buy me a franchi 712 raptor so i will accept exchange in the same conditions....
I will post pictures of these shotguns here soon.

This is one other shotgun coming from the house of my grandfather. The barrel is "Damas" made has you can see on pictures.
It's not a darn or chapuis or fayolle it has been made by an old local gunsmith called "Jordy". It is signed and numbered.I have not clean it yet just put some oil..so notice the really good quality of the steel. amazing not after so long time?
I don't want to sell it cause his price probably exceed the price of a 712 raptor due to the barell "damas" made. ;o)
All the gun coming from the house of my grandfather are probably before 1916 except the fayolle because my grandfather has never hunt and his father is died in 1916 when he was 2 years old in the first war. The fayolle belongs to the brother of the mother of my grandfather. My grand grand uncle Gabriel all other shotguns have belong to the father of my grand father and his grandfather. I will post pictures of this gun tomorrow for the interest of all great people coming here.
The "Fayolle" of my grand grand uncle coming from the "Manufacture d'arme de saint Etienne".Middle of 1900 century. The stock is unfortunatly broken.
The top of the stock is made with what you can find on the head of cows. (i don't know the english term)
If you can give me an idea of the price i could ask for in USA or Canada it will help me...
