FD-12 Bullpup 12 ga. Need Dealer Help.

I recently ordered a FD-12 bullpup. The one advertised had a hard case, 5 chokes and a 4" barrel extension. The extension was a deciding factor for me. The one I received though had no case, 3 chokes and no extension. No recourse from that dealer.

I want the 4" extension. Is there a dealer here that has one or can get me one? Or is there anyone here, that has one and is willing to sell it at a reasonable price?
