Did you sign up with your real name or an alias? If an Alias you'll have to try again. Only real names allowed

This was my qualifier, so please forgive me if this sounds stupid, but what exactly does it mean if I don't see my name on the results page? I distinctly remember shooting the match, and even hitting the paper once or twice.

P.S. I also signed up - with my real name - last weekend but got no reply. Today, I received my welcome letter, and it includes IPSC Ontario & IPSC Canada logins, but I'm still waiting for the forum login confirmation.
