Fed 215m vs Rem 9 1/2m primers

Hey all,

Been using fed 215m primers for while, almost out of them but found some rem 9 1/2m primers for my 7mm rm and 300wm. What do you people think about the differences between the two? Maybe someone prefers the 9 1/5m to the fed 215m. Let me hear your stories. Thanks for any input!

I use rem 9 1/2 and am happy with them. I have never used 215m so can't compare.

I prefer to use only Federal 215 primers in my large capacity cartridges, but if I could only get Remington 9-1/2m primers, that is what I would go with.

I have about 200 of the fed 215m's left, but was at the local shop and they didn't have the Feds in stock but had the rems in stock so I thought I'd give them a shot. Who knows maybe they'll be good to me!

I find rem 9 1/2 are a tad bit smaller and fit not as firm in the primer pocket....other than that,I have never had any issues!!
