Anyone know of a place willing to ship that stocks Federal HST in 147gr 9mm? So far I've had no luck finding any. These look like they'd be a good round for a pistol caliber carbine.
 
Who cares what he needs it for. OP said pistol caliber carbine. Presuming a JR carbine, he can shoot whatever the f**k he wants.

Try grouse river out of kelowna in BC. Ive bought a Few boxes of HST in the past from them. I believe I also saw some at the WSS in edmonton. Not 100% sure if its 147g but its a start.

Federal doesn't list a non-LEO 147 grain HST on their site. 124 grain only. Regular AE 9mm comes as a 147. As does Hydra-Shok.
Their "Tactical" brand is on their LEO site. Doesn't say if they'll sell it to non-LEO/PDs. Add the W's for their Canadian distributors. .le.vistaoutdoor.com/contact/default.aspx
