CCI Blazers are the same as Mini-Mags with the exception of not being copper plated.

They are different, just look at them.

I have. The bullets are exactly the same shape and weight. The brass is identical and the amount of powder is the same. The powder looks identical. The flame colouration and emission spectra through a spectroscope, as far as I can tell, look identical.
