Federal Law Enforcement 223 brass

Anyone reloading Federal Law Enforcement brass for 223? It appears to have a primer crimp, because you can't force a primer in without removing some of the opening. I remove some with a chamfer tool, and its still a tough press to get primers in. When the primers are seated, they sit considerable lower than just below flush. Is that right?

Tim if you need brass swaged I need a super swager I can process all your brass. Pass it to me at the club and your primers will seat properly. I have lots of military brass so I broke down and bought one.

That's a great offer, thanks. I'll have to do that. I'll put it aside and keep reloading Winchester and Remington in the meantime.
