Federal Premium High energy ammo

I just got back from the local ammo store (home hardwair) and picked up a box of Federal Premium High Energy 200 gr nosler partition in 300 win mag for moose hunting. What I would like to know is how good this ammo is and what is the preformince on game; was it worth the 60$. It says on the box that they shoot with a muzzle velocity of 2930 fps and have a muzzle engery of 3810 ft lbs is this true or are they padding there stats.
