fee difference between PAL and RPAL

RPAL with the PAL together(the only way to get an RPAL) is $80 for the application fee. For just the PAL the application fee is $60. This doesn't include the safety course fees.
 
if you already have your pal upgrading to the rpal costs nothing you just need to send another picture with your paperwork

sounds like an easy way to save 20$ and still get your rpal...and from experience, government usually doesnt give you easy ways to save money...
 
cool thanks guys! i think i'll skip trying to save myself 20 bucks and just send the 80. money's been tighter than a scotsman at a flea market lately, but 20 bucks to get it done and over with seems cool with me.
