I bought an SKS, a mosin nagant, 2 archangel SKS stocks, 2 mosin nagant SKS stocks, a crap-ton of 30, 20, and 5 round tapco and promag magazines for the SKS and extra 10 round mags for the mosin archangels.... also tapco and ATI foregrips, SKS bayonet bipods, and other cool goodies.

Every person at that store was awesome to deal with over the phone.. Dave (bossman) was super awesome.... he picked me the most beautiful mosin i've ever seen even pictures of. I'm not sure it shoud be legal for me to touch it it's so nice.

I'm still going to make a lot of people mad by putting it in an archangel stock though.. numbers matching original and all :)

They were very smart about substituting products for something they were out of, called me right away...

I have NEVER seen packing this good. If lever arms packed my SVT's this well I'd be over the moon. My SKS and Mosin came packed so well it was like extended christmas getting them open and not a scratch.

Seriously, MINT god dang guns.

Fast shipping and FREE. My guns got here on the third business day and everything else in a massive box on the SECOND business day after processing.

I've bought from ontario, all around BC, and of course here in alberta and I've never met a bunch of cooler guys with better products. I even managed to score a few discounts and a couple little freebies thrown in for my business...

I know they sell more than red rifles but they seem to specialize in them, especially tactical stuff for them so I thought I'd place this here...

I speak out when a business screws me, in fairness I always make a point of explaining when I'm treated well.

The SKS he sold me is a numbers matching, non refurb, unissued 1952, with three digit serial number. It's not EXACTLY what I would have hand picked but it's darn close. I'll throw the bayonet on it from my 1954 I just turned tactical (its the shiny one I like better) and it'll be just about perfect to keep just the way it is!

courtesy of hical,, just got it a week ago.

I've dealt with them before, was able to find some parts that I could not find elsewhere... good folks to deal with... one thing though... very pricey on their SKS AMMO, when I forgot my ammo going to sylvester rd I popped in there and paid $9.50 for 20 round boxes, ouch

other than that great place

thats actually cheap for non corrosive softpoint hunting rounds. going rate here in edmonton is $20 per 20 round box.
For surplus/russian steel case stuff thats a bit pricey but in a pinch hey..
cheapest i ever got russian new manufacture SKS ammo was $5 for a box of 20 (bought 250 rounds)

milsurp is uber cheap. cant get spoiled now ;)

That was non corrosive ammo, the regular milsurp is $5.95 a box of 20, cases are a lot cheaper,$299/ 1440 rds, we must have been temp out of the cheap stuff!

It was the stuff on stripper clips, corrosive... there wasn't anything for 5.95 a box when I was there, I commented about how expensive it was.... but good to know that you have some cheaper stuff now

come see me next time you come in, ill adjust that for you.....Dave.

Thanks, appreciate that... I have to say I was impressed with your inventory... I bought a Mossberg 500 slide tube that I could not find anywhere except the US so that was a score for me

See you next time

lol nice to see i'm onto somewhere good! Dave must be blushing...
wonder if he'll put on a CGN special, 5% off any order when you add your CGN name at time of purchase, on top of whatever specials he's having for one weekend or something CGN appreciation week! ;)
Beat a path to his door! Poor guy won't be able to keep up with sales!

I like that his staff are honest, they check everything when I ask, he's always good about price matching where its possible, and always has good selection in stock.

Thanks for the feedback!! We are working on a new webstore & are bringing in lots of new items in 2014. We will do a CGN special for everyones support when the new webstore is started, should be soon!! Thanks, Dave.
