was wondering how/where do i go to leave feedback for a transaction?

Hit the number beside your feedback score and you can see those who have left you feedback. From that page you will have a link to respond to that feedback. If you want to leave feedback first you have to search the user name or click their username in a message from them and scroll to their feedback page and leave feedback.
