Fees for RPAL application

Just wondering, if I already have applied, paid for and was granted a PAL, then a couple of years later decided to apply for an RPAL (after completing the course), Will it still cost an additional $80, or just the difference between the PAL and RPAL?

As long as the Conservatives are in power I believe there is no charge for upgrades or renewals.

Actually, I am pretty sure you do have to pay if you do it seperately. Unless you mean renewing, there is no charge for renewing anything with the CPC in power.

If you are already in their system there is no fee for any upgrade or renewal.
you only have to pay if you are brand new and applying for your first licence.
