just some questions on the hungarian FEG pistol (37 i believe). firstly, is it prohibited? secondly, what calibers was it made in. I know of the 32 acp. variant. Also, were they produced under German occupation? how rare are they? and those of you who have shot them, how do they handle?

Yes, they are prohibited. There were two models, the Hungarian issue 9 x 17mm Short (.380 Auto) and the German issue .32 with an added thumb safety. They weren't produced under German occupation, as Hungary was a German ally - they were produced on contract. I don't beleive they're particularly rare, relatively speaking. I've never shot one, lacking a prohib (which is unfortunate as a Hungarian 9mm is in my top 5 "If I had a prohib") but I understand their bulk makes them quite pleasant to shoot.

P37

I've got a P37 in 32ACP. While the gun shoots very accurately, the trigger pull on mine must be somewhere around 300lbs. It is a challenge to shoot it well, but it is well made and functions nicely.
