Femaru FÉG 37M Pistol classification

Could anybody explain me why FÉG 37M Pistol is prohibited in its 9mm Browning short (.380) version? According to all sources on the net BBL is 110mm.

If it's .380 and 110mm it shouldn't be. Maybe an error was made when it was originally papered... I've seen Browning 1922 in .380 erroneously classified as Prohibs, then reclassified as restricted once the error was caught. That happened a lot more than people think back when things were introduced.

Need to get it brought to a verifier and updated, then it should just be restricted.

Yeah I saw some FN1922 in 9mm classified as prohibs too and actually was able to reclassify one of them. Does anyone have FEG 37M to check barrel length from the muzzle to and including the chamber?

Mine is the more common 7.65mm, but I can check the barrel when I get home tonight. I seem to recall that it is over 106mm, because when I got it I marveled at how compact it was for something that would be legal were it not .32...

So then I guess all internet sources just copied 110mm / 4.33" BBL from each other... Thanks for helping to clarify this.
