Thought I'd pass this on.....some nice looking sub gauge bird guns (in 16/20/28) among the used inventory at Gagnon Sports dot com (in ON) - Sauer, WC Scott, Parker.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with that establishment.

P.S. There is a nice 8mm CZ rifle too.
 
Yah I will take the Parker in 28 and the WC Scott in the same! But I will have to go remorgage the house!
The WW Greener 12ga. has no picture, wonder what shape it is in?

The CZ 531 somehow seems wrong to me, it has a very American stock? But I imagine it is because it was built for American market? I like those DST's! Good price, Ahsan I think it is calling you! Dale Z!

That Sauer intrigues me. It has been described in "as new" condition but offers the impression of a refinished job....from what little could be made out off those images, the stock appear to be in too good condition for a gun from that period. Then again, it is very likely an extremely well preserved firearm.

That CZ stock is Bavarian as far as I can make out from the image. I've primarily turned into an Upland Bird Hunter since I moved to Canada....the very little whitetail hunting that I do is covered with a T3 Hunter .270 Win and a .50 TC in-line ML. The 8mm is a good cartridge although not so much popular here.

Horn, you meant....any idea what kind? Out of curiosity, how is that fashioned - given the grip, long tang? Frankly, I was very tempted yesterday to make the 45min drive for a closeup view of that 20ga.
 
Very nice guns --- I bought 2 shotguns from them at the same time several months back -- they did not come up to their condition description -- I find most dealers I've dealt with tend to under describe the condition of the pieces they sell -- these were not accurate with no permission to return and no satisfaction offered.
