I actually love my Hi-Vis on my K80..
What I have learned over time is that no two shooters are the same. What works for one person may not work for another. What works for a lot of people may not work for another. I've seen countless people preach about not using 'dots' on glasses. "Just focus on the bird." My eyes don't work that way. I need a dot or else I'm just wasting my time. I'm sure I could shoot ok without beads, but I'd much rather have them and shoot better with them.
If you can shoot without beads. That's great. If you need them. That's perfectly ok. Don't let anyone tell you that you are doing it wrong if it works for you.
