Figuring out the MFG date of a midland 2100

I have had my 30-06 for over 20 years and when i picked it up i was told it was a parker-hale and thats about all i know.... I've tried researching and come to find that it's difficult to find any info as most parker-hale records were lost due to fire .... however i wonder if anyone here know how to date the rifle it's markings are: serial number 38613, the BNP proof marks, cal 30/06, and midland gun co england stamps.

I'm suspecting that its actually a midland 2100 sold by parker hale, but unsure.
