Filling out application for LTATT in NB

So got my STATT, got my pistol home, just filling out my application for my LTATT so I can go to the range. The dude from the range that I joined gave me the ATT app and wrote at the top "Sec A & F". Does this mean I leave the rest blank, ie the portion about which firearm I'll be transporting, S/N, route, etc?

Just curious if that would work for a 24/7 ATT, since I hear the NB CFO can be a knob.
 
I called the CFO office, and apparently they already have it in progress. They said they'll probably get to it tomorrow, and I can pick it up when I'm done work.
