I'm expecting my RPAL to arrive any month now and I have two questions about filling out the LTATT. First what are they asking for in section A [Personal information] last box of mailing address if different from physical address? g]Effective date.
Secondly, in section C [Reason for transport] I was told to check box m and attach a photocopy of my club membership. I also want to shoot at other clubs that I'm not a member of and there's a box for additional clubs. Should I check this box as well?
