Final Tanfoglio Pistol Shipment arrived.

I ordered a S2. Long story short, new IDPA rules eliminated bull barrel restrictions and now S2 after swapping to a plastic guide rod will likely fall under 43 oz and can qualify for IDPA in addition to IPSC production.

Bul has informed us that they cannot resupply us before October so currently all Bul orders are cancelled.
There will be no more Bul pistols coming to Canada unless the government changes course.

Thats not what I wanted to hear.

Thanks to that clown in Ottawa I am trying to figure out which pistols I would like today instead of growing into them over the years as would have happened naturally as my shooting prowess progressed.

Was debating a Bul open gun (among others) but starting to think I am fresh out of luck.

Trust me, it's not what I wanted to tell you either.
Thanks to that clown in Ottawa, I have to find a new way to pay for my mortgage and meals later this year.

Sorry to hear that. The really sad part is it will do ZERO for crime (pretty sure gangbangers aren't running But open guns in major PF) but it will do what he needed it to - provide a distraction for the sheep to look at and generate a few votes because he has fooled the average voter into thinking he is "making a difference"

I cant wait for the day that empty headed charlatan is shown the door.
