FINALLY!!! My turn!!! Look out Here I come! I have crossed off the penultimate day off my calendar! It is official, the time has come. I live 50 weeks of the year for these two weeks - the rest is just filler!!! :lol:
I have checked the vehicle over, made all preparations for the wife while I am gone, and my gear sits on the garage floor ready to be loaded.
I am off for a week to WMU 36 solo hunting (Bruce Mines - Thessalon Area of the North Shore of Lake Huron - My former homeland).... Then I am off to WMU 47 (North Bay - Nippissing Area) to join up with all my buds at our hunt camp for some more hunting fun! (I have my doe tag in this WMU). Then back south to the Niagara Area (home) to hunt WMU 89B for a controlled shotgun hunt (the deer down here are plentiful but are the size of German Sheppards!!!!) :shock: :lol: 8)
I am hoping for a nice buck this year.... I shoot my share of deer, but my trophy buck seems to elude me....!!!
