Finding Certain AR's (without EE)

People I'm curious as I have been looking around and only been able to find a partial answer to my question.

I've seen on the EE that there are Noveske rifles etc. for sale. My question here is, where do these rifles come from in the first place? I can only think of Questar being the only carrier of Noveske.

I've only found One Shot Tactical and Questar the only place that carries Knights Armament rifles (rare) and some parts here and there.

So what other site/vendor have I failed to mention?

Questar is responsible for most of it, US States Dept. used to be more relax with their export permits, so the full rifle you see on EE were imported back in those days. however once in awhile US States Dept. would grant a permit unexpectedly, so you will never know, so be ready to buy them as soon as they popped up on Questar, because they go fast and don't come around very often.

Thanks for the info, I've just noticed that it IS really difficult getting certain rifles etc.... I thought perhaps there could have been local vendors/non-internet sellers or another online vendor that could have gotten these in the markets.
