I've posted the blue one before. But, I just finished my daughter's, the bottom one....she likes purple. The top one is finished using satin polyurethane. The bottom one was finished with several coats of Tru-Oil. Both are pillared and bedded in epoxy steel.

That's pink. snicker
"...polyurethane..." There's no touching up plastic if and when you scratch it. There is with the Tru-Oil.

Very nice, I have a Boyd's stock finished with an automotive clear coat they are nice stocks.

Now, what is a rifle rodeo?

It's a shooting competition designed to replicate actual "field" hunting situation. There is a combination of short and long range shooting. But, all shooting must be done off your hind legs, no aids such as benches, bags, bi-pods, etc. The shooting range varies from 25 to 300 yds. (depending on the organized shoot). There may even be a shoot were you must shoot from you off-side, lefties shoot right and righties shoot left. On the long range side, you have full size animal silhouettes that pop up and even slide along a cable to replicate a moving target. In Alberta, you must use an approved hunting caliber, nothing smaller than .23 bore. The term "rodeo" comes from the fact that prizes are usually belt buckles attesting to your skills. This year, Drayton Valley prizes were cash.
